Rihanna And A$AP Rocky Pack Up And Leave Beverly Hills Home After Shooting Shakes The Family [WATCH]

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have left their Beverly Hills home after a terrifying shooting rocked their property on Sunday March 8th and the internet cannot stop talking about how close this came to being a tragedy.

A 35 year old Florida woman named Ivanna Ortiz drove up to the couple's Beverly Crest home around 1:15 in the afternoon, pulled out an AR-15 style rifle, and fired roughly 10 shots directly at the property from her white Tesla before speeding off. Bullets tore through the front gate, struck the exterior wall of the home, and hit an Airstream trailer parked in the driveway. Here is the part that has everyone shaken. Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were sitting inside that Airstream when the shots rang out. Police sources told the Los Angeles Times they easily could have been hit. 

Their three kids, sons RZA and Riot and baby daughter Rocki, were all inside the home at the time along with Rihanna's mother and household staff. Nobody was injured but the damage to their sense of safety was done. Sources close to Rihanna say she was freaking out and did not understand why anyone would target her family. TMZ spotted her at a local airport Monday gearing up to leave town and FOX 11 confirmed she and the children had already left the house.

Ortiz was arrested about 30 minutes after the 911 call and is now facing 14 felony charges including attempted murder, 10 counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and 3 counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling. Her bail was set at over 10 million dollars and if convicted she faces life in prison. Her arraignment is scheduled for March 25th. Investigators are also digging into her social media where she posted videos making derogatory remarks about Rihannaand even wrote a post asking the singer "are you there" weeks before the shooting.

Neither Rihanna nor A$AP Rocky has spoken publicly about the incident.
