TTL reviews copyright notices based on their completeness, legal sufficiency, the material involved, and any required investigation. This page does not promise a fixed processing time.

Counter notification

If material you submitted is removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notification containing the information required by applicable law. Counter notifications can involve legal consequences, so consider obtaining independent legal advice before submitting one.

Repeat infringement

TTL may restrict or terminate accounts associated with repeated copyright infringement in appropriate circumstances and may preserve copyright notice records needed to administer the policy or comply with law.

Comments and other user content

Copyright concerns involving comments or other user submitted material can use the same notice process. Identify the specific page and content so the material can be located reliably.
