Prosecutors Reveal D4vd Had Significant Amount Of Child Pornography On His iCloud As Murder Case Gets Even Darker

The murder case against singer D4vd just took an even darker turn. Prosecutors revealed in court that the 21 year old had a "significant amount of child pornography" on his iCloud account, adding another horrifying layer to an already devastating case.

40 Terabytes of Evidence Seized

According to reports, prosecutors told the judge overseeing the murder case that investigators seized approximately 40 terabytes of evidence from D4vd's devices and cloud accounts. Among that evidence was what they described as a significant amount of child sexual abuse material.

D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is already facing first degree murder charges with special circumstances, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, and mutilation of human remains in the death of 14 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.

Defense Lawyers Receiving Death Threats

In a separate development, D4vd's defense attorneys are reportedly receiving violent antisemitic death threats over their involvement in the case. The threats have been directed at the Jewish lawyers on his legal team, with messages wishing violence upon them.

Despite the threats, D4vd's defense team has maintained their client's innocence. In a statement, they said: "The actual evidence in this case will show that David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez and he was not the cause of her death."

A Case That Keeps Getting Worse

Prosecutors allege that D4vd allegedly killed Hernandez in a premeditated attempt to keep her from exposing their underage relationship and ruining his music career. Her dismembered remains were found in September 2025 inside the front trunk of a Tesla registered to the singer.

The medical examiner confirmed she died from "multiple penetrating injuries." D4vd pleaded not guilty to all charges and is being held without bail. He has requested a fast trial.

This case continues to shock the music industry and the public. Every new detail that emerges makes it harder to comprehend. The next court date has not been announced.
