Joseline Hernandez Accuses Zeus Network CEO Lemuel Plummer Of Cutting Off Her Contract Payments After She Launched Her Own Platform

UPDATE: April 27, 2026

Joseline Hernandez has escalated the feud by reporting Zeus Network CEO Lemuel Plummer to the FBI, making allegations of human trafficking. Plummer has reportedly responded to the sabotage claims.

Joseline Hernandez went off on social media Saturday morning with a series of explosive posts accusing an unnamed network CEO of cutting off her contract payments after she launched her own streaming platform. And based on every detail she dropped, it is clear she is talking about Zeus Network and its CEO Lemuel Plummer.

Joseline Says She Was Sent to the Hospital

The former Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star posted a photo from a hospital bed with the caption: "That evil men sent me to the hospital the other night. But God is my God I do not serve Lucifer." She did not specify the nature of her medical visit, but the message was clear: the stress from this situation is taking a physical toll.

Hernandez then took to X to lay out the full situation. She accused the unnamed CEO of stopping her payments because she launched her own streaming company, Why Are You Here TV, and "wanted more for her life." She called both actions illegal.

Seven Years and a Pregnancy on the Line

Joseline said she gave seven years of her life to this person, made him "legitimate" by giving him "real talent, real shows, and real stories." She described herself as a 39 year old pregnant woman whose contract payments are owed in perpetuity and were cut off as retaliation.

She confirmed in April 2026 that she and her husband Balistic Beats are expecting their first child together, saying they are close to two months along. She also shares a nine year old daughter, Bonnie Bella, with ex Stevie J.

Hernandez accused the CEO of telling her husband he would not fund their business and of demanding they take content down from Why Are You Here TV. She said she is willing to sell everything she owns before ending up on the street.

From Zeus Network Star to Independent Platform Owner

Joseline joined Zeus Network in October 2019 following her exit from Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta in 2017. Her show Joseline's Cabaret ran for six seasons across Miami, Atlanta, California, Texas, New York, and Las Vegas, becoming one of the platform's biggest hits.

She launched Why Are You Here TV in January 2026 as her own independent streaming platform. According to her posts, that is when the payments stopped.

Lemuel Plummer, the CEO and majority owner of Zeus Network, has a reported net worth of $150 million. He co founded the platform in 2018 alongside DeStorm Power, Amanda Cerny, and King Bach. Neither Plummer nor Zeus Network have responded publicly to Joseline's accusations.

No legal action has been filed publicly as of this writing, but Joseline made it clear she intends to "bring the house down" if her payments are not restored immediately. This is about to get very messy. Whose side are you on?
