Boosie took to social media to air out his frustrations, claiming that Empire has been dodging his calls and refusing to compensate him for the work he put into building Yung Bleu into a mainstream artist. Boosie has long claimed credit for signing Bleu to his Badazz Music Syndicate label before Bleu blew up with hits that caught the attention of major labels.
The rapper also revealed a falling out with his own mother over a lawsuit she filed against his brother connected to the Yung Bleu situation, adding another messy layer to an already complicated family and business dispute.

Yung Bleu, now known simply as Bleu, rose to fame with the hit "You're Mines Still" featuring Drake. Boosie has repeatedly stated that he was instrumental in Bleu's early career, providing him with studio time, features, and industry connections.
