Well, it looks like Mia Goth is officially closing the door on her marriage to Shia LaBeouf.
After nearly a decade of marriage, the actress has filed for divorce, and she's making it clear that custody of their daughter is a major priority.
According to court documents, Goth, 32, filed her divorce petition in Los Angeles on October 6, 2026, citing irreconcilable differences.
But here's what's interesting. The couple reportedly separated more than a year ago, on July 28, 2025.

According to the filing, Goth is requesting primary legal and physical custody of their daughter, Isabel, who was born in 2022.
The actress is also requesting that LaBeouf receive visitation rights.
And when it comes to money, Goth isn't asking for spousal support. In fact, she's requesting that the court deny spousal support to either party.
Now that's one way to make your intentions clear.
However, these are requests in the divorce petition, not final decisions made by the court.
Shia LaBeouf's Legal Troubles Add Another Layer To The Divorce
The divorce filing comes after a difficult year for LaBeouf, who faced legal trouble following an altercation in New Orleans.
The actor was arrested in February 2026 and later pleaded guilty to simple battery. He was sentenced to probation and ordered to complete rehabilitation and anger management requirements.
Meanwhile, Goth has continued focusing on her acting career and raising their daughter.
The two first met in 2012 while filming Nymphomaniac and married in 2016. They previously separated in 2018 before eventually reconciling.
Their latest separation, however, appears to be heading toward a permanent legal ending.
FKA Twigs Also Closed Another Legal Chapter With Shia LaBeouf
And here's another development.
Around the same time Goth filed for divorce, FKA Twigs, another former partner of LaBeouf, ended a separate legal dispute involving a confidentiality agreement.
The singer had challenged restrictions she alleged prevented her from speaking publicly about her previous abuse allegations against the actor.
The developments involve separate legal matters, and there is no established connection between the timing of the two cases.
For Goth and LaBeouf, the next chapter will involve formally ending their marriage and determining custody arrangements for their daughter.
