Prosecutors have revealed that D4vd had a "significant amount of child pornography" on his iCloud account. Approximately 40 terabytes of evidence have been seized. His defense lawyers are also reportedly receiving violent antisemitic death threats over the case.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has confirmed Celeste Rivas Hernandez died from "multiple penetrating injuries." D4vd (real name David Anthony Burke) pleaded not guilty to first degree murder and continuous sexual abuse charges. He is now facing the death penalty and has requested a fast trial.

Cassidy Clarke, the actress who played D4vd's girlfriend in a music video, has posted a TikTok distancing herself from the singer. She denounced any association with him amid growing comparisons to murder victim Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Additionally, resurfaced livestream clips show D4vd being told he is "assaulting kids," raising further questions about his behavior before the arrest.

D4vd, born David Burke, is now facing first degree murder charges in connection with the death of 14 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, a case that has shaken both the music industry and the public.
