MrBeast, born Jimmy Donaldson, is facing a federal lawsuit filed by a former executive that is raising serious questions about the internal culture of his company, Beast Industries.
According to court filings, former employee Lorrayne Mavromatis alleges she experienced sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation while working within the company’s executive team.
The lawsuit claims the workplace operated under what was described as a “male centric” culture, where female employees were allegedly subjected to inappropriate comments, unequal treatment, and unprofessional behavior.
Mavromatis specifically accuses former CEO James Warren, who is also related to MrBeast, of making inappropriate remarks and unwanted advances during her time at the company.
She further alleges that after reporting concerns internally, she was demoted and ultimately terminated shortly after returning from maternity leave.
In response, representatives for MrBeast’s company have strongly denied the allegations, calling them false and disputing the claims outlined in the lawsuit.
The company has suggested that the termination was tied to broader restructuring decisions rather than retaliation, and maintains that it has evidence to challenge the accusations in court.
The case now adds to a growing list of scrutiny surrounding workplace culture in large scale creator led businesses, especially as MrBeast’s brand continues to expand into major productions and corporate operations.
As of now, the allegations remain unproven, and the case will move forward through the legal process as both sides prepare to present their evidence.
