19 Year Old Son Allegedly Strangles Mom After She Served Him An Eviction Notice

A mother's death was caused by an eviction notice she sent to her son earlier this year. According to PEOPLE, Conner Kobold, now 20 years old, is being held in Indiana on charges of strangling Shanelle Burns on February 5. The 43-year-old mother had given him a notice about living with her on a conditional basis prior to her passing. He was nineteen years old at the time. In reaction to the incident, he was charged with both murder and aggravated battery by the local prosecutors.
